Another Break-In In Middlesex County

Police are reporting another break-in at a rural property in Middlesex County.

On Sunday, a home owner called police to report at a break and enter on the 3400 block of Lieury Rd. in North Middlesex. Sometime between, February 22nd and March 1, someone forced the side door open, ransacked the home and a nearby shed.

Police say suspects took two chainsaws, various handtools, an industrial saw, a souvenir spoon collection, a router kit and a compound bow and arrows. The items are valued at an estimated $2,000.

OPP are asking anyone with information on the break-in to contact police or Crime Stoppers. Police are also encouraging property owners in Middlesex County to protect their homes from break-ins and are asking neighbours to report suspicious activities around nearby homes.
