Wellington Dufferin Guelph COVID-19 update

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health reports 201 cases of COVID-19, which includes 30 cases in Wellington County alone.

Two wellington county residents have died, and two are in the ICU.

Public health reports 72 cases have been resolved in the three regions.

Wellington county has the lowest rate of positive infections in the region, at 3.2  cases per 10,000 residents.

That’s compared to an average of 6 cases per that many residents for the whole region.  Dufferin County sits at 11.
