Blenheim woman facing multiple charges 

A Blenheim woman is facing 27 charges after an investigation stemming from a 2018 arrest.

The 27-year-old was arrested in September on an outstanding warrant.

Police said an investigation has resulted in 27 charges including possession of property obtained by crime and utter forged documents and fraud.

She was transported to police headquarters pending a bail hearing.

Man charged with harassment 

A man from Chatham is facing charges after failing to comply with his bail conditions.

The man, 59, was released from police custody on Christmas Eve following an arrest. A condition of his release included not attending a specific residence.

On January 5, the man was seen pacing back and forth in front of the residence he was supposed to stay away from. According to police, he was also yelling obscenities.

The male was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent police station where he was held pending a bail hearing with additional charges of criminal harassment.

Man arrested for breach of conditions 

December 21, 2018, a Wallaceburg man was released from police custody with a condition to remain in his residence at all times except in the presence of his surety.

On January 5, 2019, officers conducted a traffic stop and found the man in the car, in the company of other occupants, none being his surety.

The man was arrested for breaching his conditions and transported to police headquarters where he was held pending a bail hearing.
