Chatham-Kent police have towed a vehicle after finding a 25-year-old woman behind the wheel in possession of marijuana, a suspended license, and no insurance.

While the vehicle was being towed, police say a 44-year-old man arrived by taxi causing a public disturbance.

The man was later arrested and sent to the Public General Hospital.

Two men have been arrested following a confrontation at a Tim Hortons in Wallaceburg.

Police say the confrontation started between the two men on Friday. When one of the men’s friends tried to calm down the situation, police say he was allegedly assaulted.

As a result, two men were arrested and released upon setting a court date.
