Police have arrested a 21-year-old Chatham man on an outstanding warrant.

On October 25, police say the man had been released from custody with a court date for theft and possession of stolen property.

The 21-year-old didn’t show up in court on November 9, so a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

On Saturday, police found the man on Park St. in Chatham. Police searched the male and found him in possession of methamphetamine.

He has been additionally charged with being in possession of a controlled substance.
