A 26-year-old Chatham man is back in police custody after violating his release conditions.
Back in March, the man was released from custody with several conditions, including that he live at a specific address in Chatham.
Yesterday morning officers went to his home to drop off a document and learn that he was no longer living there.
He was located last night around 5pm and taken into custody and charged with failing to comply.

Allegedly stealing makeup has led to a shoplifting charge for a Chatham woman.
Police were called to Walmart on St. Clair St. last night around 8pm.
She’s charged with theft, and possession of property obtained by crime.

No on was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Keil Dr. N near Baldoon Rd. in Chatham.
Police were called to the accident shortly after 3pm yesterday afternoon.
Damage is pegged at $4,000, and a 22-year-old man was charged with careless driving.
