Failing to attend court has landed a Harwich Township woman in trouble.

Chatham-Kent police say back in June the 30-year-old was charged with theft of a credit card, possession of a credit card, and use of a credit card in a fraud investigation.

She was released with a future court date but didn’t show. She was tracked down this morning and arrested on the outstanding warrant.

An outstanding warrant has landed a Thamesville woman with charges.

Police say back on Sept. 9, the 38-year-old went to the home of a man she knew in Chatham, and stolen his wallet while he was in the washroom.

Officers couldn’t track her down, and a warrant was issued for her arrest for theft, and possession of stolen property.

She was located by police in Chatham early this morning and arrested.
