Chatham-Kent police are investigating after five Apple iPad minis were stolen from an elementary school.

Police say the iPads were taken sometime over the summer from Gregory Drive Public School.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

A Walpole Island man is facing charged after allegedly breaking his curfew.

The 24-year-old was released from custody on Saturday with the condition he be in his home between 10pm and 6am.

However, officers found the man outside of a home on Timmins Cres. last night around 10:30pm.

Damage is pegged at $10,000 after two vehicles collided in Wallaceburg.

Police say the crash happened around 12:40pm yesterday afternoon on Dufferin Ave. between Selkirk St. and Agnes St causing minor injuries.

A 35-year-old man was charged with driving without a licence, while a 65-year-old man was charged with careless driving.

An 18-year-old woman has been charged with an unsafe lane change following a two-vehicle accident in Chatham.

Yesterday afternoon around 2:30pm, police were called to the crash on Park Ave. W near Lacroix St.

No one was injured and damage is estimated at $100.

Chatham-Kent police are investigating a break and enter in Dover Township.

Sometime between Friday and Tuesday, police say suspects forced their way into the home on Winterline Rd. and stole and Xbox gaming system and two games.
