Chatham-Kent police continue to investigate after a car crashed into a building in Chatham.
Yesterday afternoon around 2pm, police say a car veered off the road and hit a building on the corner of St. Clair St. and Dover St.
The 78-year-old man driving the car was taken to hospital, however police say there were no serious injuries.
The cause the crash is under investigation.

A stolen motorcycle has landed a Chatham man is trouble with the law.
Police went to a King St. E address yesterday morning to investigate a suspicious man who appeared to be hiding a motorcycle.
Officers determined the motorcycle and some clothing items, were stolen.
A 52-year-old man has been charged with theft of a vehicle, and two counts of possession of stolen property.

A crash in Tilbury has led to impaired driving charges for a 52-year-old man.
Officers arrested the man after responding to a crash just before 3:30pm yesterday afternoon.

A 44-year-old Chatham man has turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
Police say the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for uttering threats, break and enter, and failing to comply.

A 40-year-old woman spent the night in jail after she was arrested in Wallaceburg.
Last night just after 11:30pm, police found an unwanted person on a property near Arnold Rd.
Police say she was intoxicated and couldn’t care for herself. She was arrested and held in custody until sober.
