Chatham-Kent Police arrested a 34-year-old man in the parking lot of a drinking establishment on Richmond St.
Police say the man was parked in the car and showing signs of intoxication.
When he refused to give a breath sample, police arrested him for refusal and later released the Chatham man with a future court date.

Police are investigating reports of two stolen vehicles in Chatham-Kent.
Police say a 2007 Ford Freestyle was stolen in Dresden, and a GMC Sierra was stolen from a parking lot in Thamesville.
Officials say in both cases a set of keys were left inside the vehicles.
