Cincinnati Miss won the Grassroots division at the Ontario Sire Stakes race at Dresden Raceway on Canada Day.
The three-year-old filly is partly owned by Wheatley resident Doug McIntosh.
Another locally owned horse, Judy the Beauty, finished second in the OSS Trotters division, finishing one-quarter length behind the winner.
The three-year-old filly is owned by Randy Zhok of Dover Centre.
