Engineless classic car stolen in CK

Chatham-Kent police are looking for tips after someone drove off with a blue 1963 Cadillac that was parked at an address on O'Neill Line in Howard Township.

There's one big catch, though -- the vehicle didn't have an engine.

Police said the vehicle, which was in the process of being restored, was taken during a break-in sometime between March 22 and March 27.

Officers are also looking for a white dual-axle tandem trailer that was also taken during the theft.

Anyone with information to assist in this investigation is asked to contact Constable Kelly McCormack at kellymc@chatham-kent.ca or 519-436-6600.

Anonymous callers can also call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.
