UPDATE: Section of Queen’s Line reopened near Tilbury

Queen’s Line between Chatham and Tilbury is reopened following a collision that resulted in a lengthy closure.
Chatham-Kent police closed Queen’s Line (Hwy. 2) between McDougall Line and Sinclair Road as they investigated a crash that took place early Tuesday morning.
A tweet from Chatham-Kent EMS just after 7 a.m. Tuesday said two critical patients were being assessed and treated at the scene.
Reports from callers and texters say there may have been three to four vehicles involved in the crash.
The roadway was reopened around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
No further details on the collision have been made available at this point.
