Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

A man wanted for an arson charge has surrendered to police in Chatham-Kent.

Police said he turned himself in at police headquarters on Monday.

According to police, the 31-year-old Chatham man was wanted on several warrants related to bail violations and a fire that occurred on Creed Road on November 30, 2022.

He is facing charges of arson, uttering threats, and failing to comply with a release order.

Man Arrested for Bail Violations

A Kitchener man has been arrested for communicating with a woman and being at her house after being directed by the court not to do so.

Chatham-Kent police said the man was found on Grand Avenue West in Chatham on Monday and arrested.

The 40-year-old man was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.

Woman Arrested for Failing to Attend Court

A traffic stop in Chatham has reacquainted a woman with police.

Police in Chatham-Kent arrested the 28-year-old woman from Chatham on St. Clair Street in Chatham on Monday after learning the woman was wanted on a warrant for failing to attend court.

Man Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property

A disturbance at a home in Wallaceburg has led to an arrest for older charges.

Police said officers responded to Wallace Street in Wallaceburg for a disturbance on Monday and arrested a 30-year-old man from Wallaceburg on an outstanding warrant.

The man was wanted for an incident on October 14, 2022, according to police.

He was charged with possessing stolen property.
