Police look to track down stolen ATV
Chatham-Kent police are appealing to the public to keep their eyes open for a black 2000 Polaris ATV that was stolen from a residence on Cedar Hedge Line.
Police said the ATV went missing sometime between November 1 and November 3.

Chatham man arrested for assault
A 35-year-old Chatham man is facing an assault charge after allegedly slapping another man for being woken up.
Police said they were called to an address on Fourth Street in Chatham for a complaint of an assault around 9:09 a.m. Friday morning.
Officers said their investigation revealed that a man approached a group gathered outside his window and slapped one of the men because he was upset for being woken up.
The 35-year-old man was charged and later released from police custody with a future court date.

Thamesville man arrested for impaired driving, falling asleep being the wheel
A 31-year-old Thamesville man spent some time sobering up in police custody after police found him asleep behind the wheel on Lorne Avenue in Chatham.
Police said they were called to the area around 11:24 p.m. Friday night about an unconscious person behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Officers said the driver woke up and started to drive off, but were able to stop the man before driving away. The man was arrested and taken to police headquarters for further tests.
The 31-year-old was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
He was released from custody with a future court date to answer to the charges.
