ATV stolen from property in Ridgetown 

Chatham-Kent police are asking the public for tips after a green 1999 Yamaha Timberwolf ATV was stolen from a property on Victoria Road in Ridgetown.

Total value of the theft has been estimated at $2,000.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Constable Alena Fiala at alenaf@chatham-kent.ca. Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.

Police investigate break and enter in Chatham 

Chatham-Kent police are appealing to the public for tips after a male suspect broke into a fenced compound at a business on King Street East in Chatham.

Police say the break and enter happened around 10:17 p.m. Saturday night and that damage was done to the storage area door.

Chatham man arrested for breach of probation 

A 31-year-old Chatham man is in more trouble with the law after police found him at a store he was not supposed to be in.

Police said they were called to the Dollarama on St. Clair Street in Chatham around 12:42 p.m. Saturday.

Officers said they located the man inside the store and arrested him for breach of probation as he was under conditions not to be at the store.

He was later released with a future court date.
