Chatham-Kent police have confirmed the death of a 45-year-old man who was reported missing a month and a half ago.
On March 15, Chatham-Kent police began investigating the whereabouts of Franco Basaneze of Merlin.
On Friday morning, police confirmed that Basaneze was located deceased on Thursday.
A post mortem examination has been scheduled in order to determine the cause of death, which police said is not deemed to be suspicious.
