Chatham-Kent police are reminding the public to share the road after some concerns were raised by citizens in Tilbury.
Officers monitored the intersection of Queen Street and Mill Street in Tilbury on Monday afternoon after receiving complaints from local citizens worried about pedestrians.
There were no issues found on Monday, but police said with the weather warming up, there will be more pedestrians and cyclists on the road that drivers must be aware of and give the right of way to when required.

Police in Chatham-Kent are touting an evening routine for homeowners to keep their homes secure and help prevent crimes.
Police said criminals look for easy opportunities and a 9 p.m. security check may help prevent crimes of opportunity.
Police said every night at 9 p.m. homeowners are encouraged to ensure the following checklist is complete:
- Remove valuables and garage door opener from vehicles Lock vehicles Close overhead garage door Lock door between garage and house Close and lock all external doors Ensure windows are closed and locked Turn on an exterior light
