Man arrested for walking alone with two cell phones

A 42-year-old Wallaceburg man is spending some more time in police custody after he was allegedly caught breaching his release conditions this week.

Chatham-Kent police said an officer on general patrol spotted the man walking alone on Victoria Street in Wallaceburg around noon on Wednesday even though he had been previously ordered by the court not to leave his residence unless he had a valid medical reason or he was accompanied by his surety.
