Windsor woman arrested during break and enter 

A 41-year-old woman from Windsor has been charged with break and enter after she was found inside a Chatham residence.

Police said they were called to a break and enter in progress at a residence, early Friday morning.

The woman was arrested and charged with break and enter. She was later released with a future court date on November 12.

Single-vehicle collision leads to impaired driving charge

A single-vehicle collision has lead to a 43-year-old Chatham man being charged with impaired driving.

Police responded to the single-vehicle crash in Chatham around 11:30 p.m. Friday.

Officers located the driver nearby and through investigation believed he was driving while under the influence of alcohol.

The man was arrested and transported to police headquarters and charged.  He was released pending a future court date on November 9.

Man charged after failing to comply with release conditions 

Chatham-Kent police have arrested and charged a 48-year-old Blenheim man after he was caught communicating with a woman he was not supposed to.

Police said they were called to the woman's home in Blenheim and found out the man was failing to comply with his conditions.

The man was charged with one count of failing to comply. He was released with a future court date on November 12.
