A Wheatley man is facing a charge under the Reopening Ontario Act after a large gathering at the Old Colony Mennonite Church on Sunday.
The 43-year-old man from Wheatley was charged with one count of failing to comply with the order.
This is the tenth charge laid in connection with gatherings at Old Colony Mennonite churches in Chatham-Kent.
The Chatham-Kent Police say they continue to receive and investigate complaints about gatherings at churches across Chatham-Kent.
