Serious collision sends one to hospital
Chatham-Kent police are investigating a collision that sent a 43-year-old woman to a hospital in London with serious injuries.
A single-vehicle crash was reported on Kent Bridge Road near O’Neill Line on Wednesday around 3 p.m. Officers said according to the preliminary investigation, the driver lost control of the vehicle and went into a ditch.
The driver suffered serious injuries and was first taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance but was later transferred to a hospital in London.

Crash involves OPP vehicle
A 23-year-old Blenheim woman has been charged with failing to yield the right of way following a crash that involved an OPP truck with an attached trailer.
Chatham-Kent police said the two-vehicle crash was reported Wednesday afternoon on Erieau Road near Talbot Trail.
Damage is estimated at $25,000. No injuries were reported.

Alleged stunt driver charged
A 20-year-old Tilbury man will have to make do without a vehicle for a while after he was charged with stunt driving.
Police said a vehicle was stopped Wednesday afternoon on Queens Line after it was clocked at 156 kilometres per hour in a 90 km/ hr zone.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded.

Pickup truck reported stolen
Officers are on the lookout for a blue pickup truck.
A 1997 Dodge Dakota pickup truck was reported stolen from a business on Mason Street sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The truck was last seen with Ontario license plates AR52 427.
