A 30-year-old man involved in crash in Orford Township last week has succumbed to his injuries.
Chatham-Kent police initially reported that a pickup truck reported stolen from Tilbury was found after it was involved in a single-vehicle collision on Cochrane Line on January 29.
The driver was the only person in the truck at the time of the collision and was taken to a hospital in critical but stable condition. At that time, the Traffic Unit had taken over the investigation.
Police said the driver died Wednesday morning from injuries sustained in the crash.
Officers said the driver's identity will not be released out of respect for the family.
