London man identified as victim of fatal 401 crash

The Ontario Provincial Police has identified the driver who died in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 401 near Tilbury on Monday.

The OPP said Glen Quann, 60, of London died after the two vehicles collided just after 11 a.m. Police said Quann was driving in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 just east of County Road 42 when the collision occurred. Quann's passenger was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver and lone occupant of the other vehicle, was not physically hurt.

The eastbound lanes of Highway 401 at County Road 42 were closed for several hours for the investigation. The investigation continues and further updates will be provided as they become available.
