Male arrested for breaching Probation Order

Officers were called to the Walmart in Wallaceburg on Friday for a report of a male who refused to leave.

After an investigation, officers discovered that the male was breaching his Probation Order and was not allowed to attend the store. The 27-year-old male was arrested and released with a future court date.

Dangerous driver gets licence suspended

Chatham-Kent police responded to a report of a car driving erratically in the area of Bay Line in Dover Township on Friday evening.

Officers located the vehicle and a 48-year-old female was issued a three-day Licence Suspension and a ticket for speeding.

Male arrested for breaking curfew

An officer on general patrol in Chatham located a male in the area of Keil Drive North early Saturday morning.

The male was known to be on a curfew as part of his release conditions. The 56-year-old male was arrested for Failing to Comply with his Recognizance and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was later released with a future court date.
