Damage is pegged at around $75,000 after a fire at a fourplex in Chatham Sunday morning.
It happened shortly after 10 a.m. on Timmins Crescent. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke and fire coming from one of the four units.
Everyone inside was able to escape uninjured. The fire is currently under investigation.
