Woman arrested on outstanding warrant 

A 25-year-old is facing several charges including resisting arrest.

According to police, it all started Friday morning when officers saw the woman on Harvey Street. She was known to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.

When she was arrested, the woman resisted and gave officers a false name while in custody.

She was charged for the outstanding warrant as well as resisting arrest and obstructing police. She was taken to police headquarters for a bail hearing.

Woman charged with domestic assault 

A woman is facing charges after allegedly assaulting her husband.

Police responded to the call Friday night in Dresden. Through their investigation, they learned that the man had been assaulted by his wife.

The 37-year-old was arrested for assault and taken to the police station. She was eventually released with a future court date.

Break and enter in Chatham 

Friday morning police responded to a break and enter on Richmond Street in Chatham.

Unknown people forced their way into storage units on the property and took around $10,000 in electronics.

Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

Friday afternoon an officer on general patrol in Wallaceburg located a man on Wallace Street who was known to be wanted for an outstanding failing to comply with undertaking warrant.

The 44-year-old was arrested and transported to police headquarters for booking. He was later transported to courts for a bail hearing.
