Break and Enter on Terrace Beach Road

Unknown suspects entered a shed on Terrace Beach Road and allegedly stole about $800 in power tools and an 8hp Mercury outboard motor.

It happened between October 12-19.

Assault with a neighbour

Police were called to a Motel on Grand Avenue East after a man got into an argument with his neighbour and allegedly struck her in the face.

The man was later found in the Motel parking lot and arrested without incident.

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police HQ and lodged pending release.

Outstanding warrant  

A 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

The arrest happened on Saturday on Grand Avenue West. During the arrest, the man gave police a fake name and was charged with obstruction.

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was held for a bail hearing.

Warrant after breaching probation 

A 26-year-old Chatham man was arrested a warrant for breaching his probation.

It happened on Saturday on Wellington St. W, after a traffic stop.

The man was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was released with a future court date.

Probation warrant

A 39-year-old Chatham man was found walking on Lacroix St.

It happened on October 20 and he was later arrested on a probation warrant.

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was released with a future court date.

Impaired driving charges

A 39-year-old Windsor man was arrested on impaired driving charges.

It happened on Saturday at 1:15 a.m. after a traffic stop was conducted on Richmond St.

He was transported to the station and provided samples of his breath which were three times the legal limit.

He was also charged with operation while impaired 80 plus.

He was released with a future court date.
