MP Van Kesteren's final passport clinic

If you're looking for some assistance with completing a passport application, you can get some free advice in Blenheim on Wednesday.

Chatham-Kent-Leamington MP Dave Van Kesteren is set to host one final passport clinic at Glad Tidings Community Church, 403 Chatham St. S from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on August 21.

Volunteers will be on hand to ensure that all of the forms are filled out correctly and that all of the required documentation is included in the applications. However, a photographer will not be on site for this clinic and a release from Van Kesteren's office said it is highly recommended that you get your photos taken ahead of time.

The clinic is available for first-time passport applications as well as renewals and children's passports.

Van Kesteren has been providing the service for thousands of constituents over the past 10 years, but the clinic on August 21 will be the final one his office is in charge of organizing as he is set to leave politics after the upcoming federal election in October.
