Man arrested on outstanding warrant 

A 43-year-old Chatham man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Yesterday morning an officer in Wallaceburg located a man on Baseline Road. He was known to have a warrant for failing to attend court.

The man was arrested and transported to police headquarters and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Man arrested on outstanding warrant 

A 36-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Yesterday morning a man turned himself into the Wallaceburg police station. He had a warrant for his arrest for breach of recognizance.

The man was arrested and transported to police headquarters and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Woman arrested on outstanding warrant 

A 37-year-old Chatham woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Yesterday evening an officer in Chatham located a woman on Sandys Street. She was known to have warrants for possession of controlled drugs and fail to attend court.

The woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters.

She was later released with a future court date.

Woman charged with public intoxication

A 53-year-old woman was charged with public intoxication in Wallaceburg.

Yesterday evening an officer in Wallaceburg found a woman sleeping under a tree in the area of James Street.

The woman was observed to be intoxicated and unable to care for herself.

She was charged with public intoxication and transported to police headquarters where she was held until sober.

Woman charged after driving complaint

A 58-year-old woman from Bristol Drive was charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.

Yesterday evening police received a driving complaint in the area of Indian Creek Road in Chatham.

Police responded and found the vehicle in the area of Bristol Drive.

Through investigation, the first officer on scene believed the woman was driving her car while under the influence of alcohol.

She was later arrested and transported to police headquarters for further breath tests.

She has been released with conditions pending a future court date.
