Environment Canada has ended its special weather statement for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex, but it's still expecting a significant amount of rainfall to drench the region Thursday.
Rainfall amounts will vary throughout the region but another 15 to 25 millimetres of rain is possible throughout the day on Thursday.
Ponding of water in low-lying areas may also occur.
