Man charged with impaired driving following Sunday night booze cruise
A 57-year-old Tupperville man is facing a pair of impaired driving charges after a crash involving an ATV.
The charges were laid after an ATV struck a tree on Glasgow Line in the community on Sunday night. The man operating the vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police allege he was driving while impaired, so he was arrested and later charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
His license has been suspended to 90 days and he is set to appear in court on May 3.

Police calling for public assistance following mischief claim
Chatham-Kent police are asking the public for help after mischief was reported at The Dutch Market in Chatham, early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to William Street around 7:30 a.m. Police said unknown parties smashed a glass door but there were no signs of a break-in.
