UPDATE: Police discover “suspicious man” report was fictional
Police are looking for a suspicious man who approached two teenaged girls in Chatham Friday morning.
According to officers, the girls were walking on Princess Street near King Street around 7:30 a.m. Friday when the man approached them in an older model, small, reddish car with tinted windows.
The man is described as white, between 50 to 60 years old and he was wearing a hat.
Police said he didn't exit his vehicle and there was no physical contact between him and the girls.
