Chatham-Kent police are investigating a serious single-vehicle crash that took place on Front Line between Blenheim and Morpeth.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just before 9 p.m. Sunday.
Investigators said it appears a 45-year-old Raleigh Township man lost control of his truck before it left the road and stopped in a ditch.
Officers said the man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
