Three arrests on outstanding warrants

Chatham-Kent police crossed another three names off of their wanted list Wednesday -- two of them were teenagers.

Officers said they picked up a 22-year-old man, a 16-year-old Wallaceburg boy, and a 16-year-old Chatham girl.

The 22-year-old was taken to the court, while the other who were held in custody pending bail hearings.

Tools stolen from construction site

Chatham-Kent police are trying to track down several hundred dollars worth of tools that were taken from a trailer at a construction site on Grand Avenue East in Chatham.

Police said they got the call Wednesday, adding that earlier in the morning, someone cut the locks off of a trailer at the site and took off with the tools.

Trailer stolen from Bothwell home

Police are also trying to recover a 1985 White homemade utility trailer that was taken from a residence on MacEwan Street in Bothwell earlier this week.

Officers said it was last seen with the Ontario licence plate P5543H.
