Out of town warrant

Chatham-Kent police arrested a 34-year-old Chatham man yesterday evening on an out-of-town warrant. The man was transported to London, Ont.

Television stolen

At some point in the last week, a Joseph Street residence in Chatham was entered by unknown suspects. The front door was forced open and a television was stolen.

A number of C-K homes have installed residential video surveillance cameras. Chatham police say these are an effective crime prevention tool that can assist in solving crimes in the community.

The Security Camera Registry is a community based crime prevention opportunity that enables community members to voluntarily identify their residential video surveillance location through an online form. CKPS says this will help both solve and prevent crime.
