Two men are facing assault charges after a disturbance at an establishment in downtown Chatham last month.
Chatham-Kent police said two Chatham men were hurt during the incident and later treated for undisclosed injuries.
A 31-year-old Sarnia man was arrested Monday afternoon in connection with the investigation and charged with two counts of assault.
A 30-year-old man from Paris, Ontario was arrested Tuesday morning and he was also charged with two counts of assault.
Both of the accused have been released with conditions and a future court date.
