A man has been arrested for allegedly taking pictures in a local gym locker room.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service received the complaint in May of a man allegedly using his cell phone to take pictures in the locker room at Goodlife Fitness in Chatham. After a three month investigation, officers said they identified several victims and members of the Major Crime Unit arrested a suspect.
Police said a 24-year-old has been charged with 16 counts of voyeurism, four counts of distributing a recording obtained by commission of an offence, and four counts of distributing intimate images.
Police said the accused is being held pending a bail hearing.
