Officers say two of the three accused ran out of the store Monday afternoon after allegedly stealing about $60 worth of various items.
Police say they found one of the teens in a field behind Staples, one stayed with a security officer at Walmart, and they’re still looking for a third male youth in connection with the case.
A 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy — both from Chatham — are now charged with theft and possession of stolen property.
They have been released to their parents with a future court date.
