CKHA Has 13% Jump In Staff Workplace Survey

What a difference a year makes.

A recent work environment survey at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance shows that staff are happier working at the Chatham and Wallaceburg hospitals since new leadership has taken over.

CEO Lori Marshall says last year, 70.4% considered CKHA a good place to work compared to 57.7% in 2016, when the hospitals were sorting out their financial troubles and employee morale.

Marshall says while morale is better, it's still not where the CKHA wants it to be. She says there's more work to do and promises that staff surveys will now be done three times a year.
