Chatham-Kent police are investigating after storage trailers were broken into in Tilbury.

Police say sometime overnight on Sunday, unknown suspects broke into storage trailers at Great Lakes Storage on Wheeler Line in Tilbury.

The investigation is on-going.

Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.

On Saturday at around 6:30pm, police say they arrested a 22-year-old man for assault.

He was held for a bail hearing.

A man has been arrested for public intoxication in Chatham.

Police say on Saturday just before 1am, a man was found stumbling around Keil Dr. in Chatham.

Police arrested a 23-year-old man for public intoxication.

He was held until sober.

Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man wanted on a warrant.

Police say on Saturday at around 3am, police found a man with an outstanding warrant on Wedgewood Ave. in Chatham.

He was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
