Chatham-Kent police have arrested seven people during a drug bust.

On Tuesday at 6:30am, officers searched a home on Thames St. in Chatham and allegedly found $15,000 in illicit drugs along with scales, packaging, debt lists, and surveillance systems.

Police say fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone, and hydromorphone were seized.

Five men, ages 18 to 49, and two women, between 25 and 47 years old, were arrested.

All seven individuals are charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

Investigators say that three of the seven individuals are also charged with six counts of failing to comply with previous court conditions.
