Environment Canada Severe Weather Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says Ridgetown hit 10.4 C at around 10pm.
The old record high for February 7 was 9 C, set in 1990.
Windsor also broke a record. The Rose City hit 11.8 C around 8pm.
