An 18-year-old Chatham man is charged with assault after police allege he threw a full cup of coffee on someone on Halloween.
Officers say through their investigation they were able to track down a suspect and arrested him Thursday afternoon.
Police say the incident took place in Chatham, but declined to release a specific location.
