The Ministry of Labour is investigating a fatal accident at a farm between Leamington and Wheatley.
A ministry official told BlackburnNews.com they were notified by OPP about the incident at Lehn Farms on Mersea Rd. 7pm Tuesday afternoon.
Ministry officials say it's believed a man was riding a lawn tractor on the property when it tipped over and pinned him underneath.
He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
An inspector has issued two order so far, but both of them were orders not to disturb the scene while the investigation continues.
