UPDATE: Cyclist Remains In Critical Condition

Chatham-Kent police say a 52-year-old man who was hit by a car while he was riding his bicycle in Chatham is still in critical condition in a London hospital.

Police responded to the scene at the intersection of Queen St. and Park Ave. W at around 9pm Monday.

Officers say the cyclist was airlifted to a London hospital with life threatening injuries, but the driver of the car wasn’t hurt as a result of the crash.
