Hot, sticky and humid weather is on the horizon.
Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. They say temperatures will rise to 39 C (102 F) with humidity Thursday.
By Friday the weather agency isn't reporting any humidity, but a high of 34 C (93 F) is in the forecast.
During the heat wave Environment Canada cautions to watch for the following symptoms:
- Dizziness or fainting
- Nausea or vomiting
- Headache
- Rapid breathing/heartbeat
- Extreme thirst
- Decreased urination with unusually dark yellow urine
