Bigamy Case Put To Next Week

The final witness for the Crown is a municipal licensing official who testified there appeared to be some unusual changes in the application for marriage license and the the license itself.

The application had indicated the husband-to-be who is now the accused had never been married, and then altered to say divorced.

Defence attorney David Jacklin asked for time to consider case law, and the trial resumes Tuesday.
