Chatham-Kent police report Bloomfield Rd. at Highway 401 is open again after a semi-truck had been blocking all lanes this afternoon.
Shortly after 4pm, police reported the semi-truck was blocking the roadway. Authorities haven't reported any injuries related to the incident.
Blowing snow is expected to make driving conditions less than stellar into this evening on area roadways.
