Richard Scott Raymond, accused in the murder of Carol Shaw at an apartment on Bruce Avenue in Windsor, will wait another week for his pre-trial dates to be set.
His lawyer told the court that the earliest set of days available right now are in July of next year, which he found not acceptable.
The defence is aiming for April or May of 2016 for preliminary hearings.
Raymond will appear in court again next Wednesday via video.
